The Story
This retro Butler design is a tribute to Tony Hinkle, the legendary coach and powerhouse behind Butler baseball, football, and men’s basketball for decades. Hinkle is also, of course, a pioneer of modern basketball, and, in 1965, was inducted into the Naismith Hall of Fame for his contributions to the sport. (Do you like orange basketballs, the three-second rule, or continuous play after a basket? Thank Tony Hinkle for all that.) We repurposed elements of Hinkle's famous Butler t-shirt for this premium, vintage bomber jacket.
