An annual tradition in Des Moines, Iowa since 1910, the Drake Relays is one of the longest running Track & Field events in the nation. Known as “America’s Athletic Classic,” world-class professionals compete alongside high school and university athletes on the famed blue track at Drake Stadium. Notable participants have included Jesse Owens, Wes Santee, Lolo Jones, Bruce Jenner, Carl Lewis, Wilma Rudolph, Michael Johnson, Christian Cantwell, Cindy Bremser, and many more.
