The Story

Led by Katie Douglas, Stephanie White, and Ukari Figgs, the 1999 Purdue women’s basketball team went undefeated in the Big Ten (16-0) to go into the NCAA tournament as the No. 1 seed in the Midwest Region. Coach Carolyn Peck and the Boilermakers easily handled the Blue Devils 62-45 in the championship to bring home their first national title—the first NCAA championship won by a women’s team from the Big Ten. This design features the 1999 Women's Final Four logo for an added vintage touch.
