Rutgers Retro New Jersey Wordmark Corduroy Hat

As one of the pioneers of intercollegiate athletics, Rutgers has a long history of athletic logos and traditions. Rutgers used an early version of this wordmark (without the “N.J.”) in 1981 on their football helmets, the same year they debuted this as their primary athletic logo. This incredible mark stuck around in official use until 1997, and remains one of our favorites.

Each corduroy hat is adjustable, and size ranges from cap sizes 7 to 7 3/4 (56 to 62 cm). Hats are 8cm from the top of the bill to the point of the crown.
